If you know me, you know I love food. Erin and I were watching Food Network and they showed the restaurant Psycho Suzi's in Minneapolis. We were here, so of course we had to eat there! They lived up to having the "best cheese curds" in Minnesota. For those of you who don't know, think fried mozzarella but a thousand times better. I'm a dork, I know.

Noah thought he was so cool drinking his root beer in a bottle. They even brought it out with an umbrella in it!

There were some big puddles in the parking lot and I thought, why not?! We're on vacation! The boys were soaked and had to ride home in their underwear, but you only live once!
