On Friday we loaded up the car and headed north to play in the snow. We found a great little group of hills near Mormon Lake. The kids had a great time (except for Caleb), but there's no doubt my kids are warm weather kids!

Darian said she didn't want to go, but it looks like she managed to have fun with her brother.

Darian tried "snowboarding" down the hill. I missed the shot of her bailing at the bottom. Of course Noah had to try. He actually stayed on the board the whole way down. He thought he was pretty cool.
Caleb did not like the effort that went into sledding.
Luke started off not liking the cold but after one run, he didn't want to quit.
Finally a hint of a smile once he was warm and tucked into his carseat. Can you see all the dried tears on his little face?

Oh yeah, the topic came up. It pretty much went over their heads until Caleb actually had to go. He said it looked like "banana shaved ice". Yuck! I don't think I can actually get him that ever again!
